When a league user modifies a game, such as changing it from field a to field be within a complex, they do not have the option and it moves the officials from accepted to assigned. This causes the officials to have to accept the game again. In the Assessment Expense Edit page where the assessor can enter their mileage and other expenses, how do we set or complete the "fee" field to show their base fee? I currently define assessors as both assessors and 4th officials - one to get the reports and the other to pay them. I get the various errors about Assessors assessing themselves but it seems to work. I'd prefer to be able to define the assessor fee and then have the pay show up in the game pay processing. Was able to run as HTML and then was able to save it as a pdf so I could print the game cards. Running in pdf format is nicer because of the page numbering, which does not show up in the HTML format. I think the PDF conversion process was down temporarily during that time and should be working fine now. I believe the report would have run correctly if you had selected HTML as the format. Having the league(s) that they are assigned on the same report would be awesome. We would like to print a listing (or an Excel file would be even better) so we can see which fields are being used by the various leagues. This would also be used to create a master list and assign field numbers so the various leagues would all be able to use the GO field number in their scheduling programs. A listing of the teams in the various leagues would also be nice but not as important. At the top of your page, when logged in as an admin, you will see Main Menu - Officials Menu - League Menu. Click on Officials Menu. You will see the options your officials see. If you selected the first one, ONLY the center official will receive a nightly email reminding them to enter the score. They will receive this email every night until the score is entered. If you selected the second option, every official on the game will receive an email until the information has been entered into the system. Up until now, assigning using that sort effectively resulted in sorting by Grade/Name if the Association field was left blank. Since adding the USSF verification process which appears to automatically add the state into the association field when it is not filled in changes this sort. It would be extremely helpful to add a sort for GRADE/NAME and GRADE(desending)/NAME - without Association.
